Cancel the order before payment
If you have not paid for your order, then you do not need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process the order until we receive the corresponding order payment. If your order has been more than one week and has not been paid, you will not be able to "reactivate" the order by sending a payment, as the price of individual items and currency exchange and shipping charges may have changed. You will need to submit the order again with a new shopping cart.
Withdraw the order after payment
If you have already paid for the order and want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
If you are not sure about the problem with your order or if you want to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and decide to suspend your order. The packaging process will be suspended when you make changes.
If the package has been issued, we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an existing order because you add another product, you do not need to cancel the entire order. You only need to contact our customer service department and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional charge for this service.
In general, if your order is in the early stages of the processing phase, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can request a refund or provide payment as a credit for future orders.
